Appointments, Timings & Professional Fees

In-Person OPD (Clinic-Based)

• Monday: 12:00 noon- 02:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Tuesday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Wednesday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Session Duration: 45 minutes per session

Any time beyond the scheduled session is charged additionally. This policy exists to respect other clients’ appointments and maintain therapeutic focus.

• Days: Thursday & Saturday
• Timings: 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm

These timings will also accommodate off-clinic appointments, walk therapy and café talks.

Online sessions follow the same professional standards and duration as in-person consultations.

Occasional evening clinics may be offered.
These will be announced in advance via the clinic noticeboard and/or the official website.

I do not provide psychological emergency or crisis services.
This includes, but is not limited to, active suicidal crises, severe psychiatric emergencies, or situations requiring immediate medical or inpatient intervention.

Clients needing urgent support are advised to contact emergency medical services or a designated crisis facility.

This boundary ensures client safety and ethical practice.

• Local Clients (Pakistan): PKR 6,000 per session
• International Clients: USD 60 per session

Payment Policy

• Payment is required in advance
• Accepted modes: cash or provided bank details

Advance payment helps maintain structured scheduling and professional accountability.

• Clients receiving services from outside Pakistan are charged at international rates.
• If, during sessions, it is discovered that a client has misrepresented their location:
  • All future sessions will be charged at the international rate
  • All previous sessions will be adjusted to international charges before the next appointment

This policy exists to ensure fairness and consistency across all clients.

Destination counseling is available only by prior appointment.

Conditions:

• Client is required to pay full-day charges, equivalent to seven standard sessions
• Traveling, accommodation and associated expenses will be charged separately.
• Service is limited to locations within a 2–3 hour travel range

Long-distance travel can cause fatigue, which may compromise therapeutic effectiveness. This limitation protects service quality and client outcomes.

Clients requesting sessions outside the clinic environment must note:

• All external expenses are borne by the client
  (e.g., restaurant bills, park entry tickets)
• Travel charges apply
• If the session exceeds standard duration, double session charges apply

Controlled environments are generally recommended for effective counseling; off-site sessions are accommodated only when appropriate.

Professional Trainings & Workshops

• Starting Fee: PKR 50,000 (excluding tax)
• Duration: 2 hours
• Participants: Up to 25

For trainings outside Islamabad:

• Charges are doubled
• Travel and accommodation (within one-day travel) are charged separately

Organizations are encouraged to review my areas of expertise and covered topics via the dedicated section on the website before booking.

• Fee: PKR 100,000
• Duration: Up to 2 hours

Topics must be shared in advance to ensure meaningful, responsible, and well-structured discussion.
